Karaoke Addicts Home
I am a Washington Karaoke Addict.
Good... Now I feel better. If you happened onto this site, you, too, could have my same obsession. That is ok. Say it with me…That is OK. Do you feel better now? This site is not for the casual "once-a-year" karaoke singer. If you are, go away. This is for HARDCORE need-to-know-everything Karaoke Addicts. Many people have their obsessions, our shared obsession is singing. If done responsibly, it is a good positive addiction to have.
You can now breathe easy. It’s OK.

Why did this Karaoke Addict develop this site?
Well… in planning my weekly karaoke excursions out, I always had a difficult time finding out the true details of what the karaoke experience would be like at an unexplored destination. The details that only an admitted addict wants to learn. If you were going out to dinner at a new restaurant, you would spend your free time and fork out some bucks, right? You would want to know the menu, right? Sure, there are printed publications with lists and advertising of the establishments, but generally, few details. What are those places really like? That's what I would like to do…give you the truth of my experience. I am committed to not accepting advertising dollars for any of the reviewed establishments. This commitment will assure my fellow addicts that you will get the whole truth and nothing but the truth. The truth will be told of the day I made my unannounced visit.
I had some great experiences for a few years now and some not so great. Partly out of my own frustration from those bad experiences, I decided Karaoke Addicts like me need a place to call “home”. It is also a way of highlighting the great things in an establishment. Keep in mind that it is generally based on a "one day snapshot" in my view. Every establishment has their good and bad days, so keep that in mind. Please feel free to post comments. Please let me know if I was accurate or not. Feel free to speak your mind. I would love to hear from you.
EASY as 1 - 2 - 3!!!!!!
Step #1 - Go to the Washington Karaoke Bar List.
Step #2 - Then click on the area you want to explore! This page will have a "Quick Start" names of the karaoke bars, my 1 to 5 Stars quick review, a phone number, address, website (if it exists), maps /directions and days of karaoke.
Step #3- Go ahead...dig deeper!! You will be able to click on each site and get the REAL story and some photos of what the front, inside and stage looks like as the photos become more available. You will also be able to add your own comments. Please do.
Covering My Butt Disclaimer:
As mentioned, my reviews are just a snapshot of the day I went to experience the establishment. As you know, prices, decor, ambiance, bartenders/staff, management, owners, karaoke show times, menus, drinks can change periodically. It is my goal to visit each establishment a few times per year to assure accuracy of the establishment.
Welcome and Enjoy!

Hey there !
Just a note to say that I really appreciate your website ! I'm a recovering Karaoke addict in Portland Oregon (...but I keep relapsing...). The Red Onion Pub in Seattle is my favorite karaoke spot north of Portland, but now after bookmarking your fantastic website I can now go visit other spots as well ! I just returned from Las Vegas on a business and was searching for a killer karaoke club. I stumbled onto an outdoor karaoke spot on the strip called Zingers 3743 Las Vegas Blvd S
Las Vegas, NV 89109. Awesome outdoors karaoke with bystanders and occasional walk ups by new singers. Totally cool place, where I may open my own outdoor karaoke here in Portland and partner with a local bar. Zingers charged $5.00 per song or $20.00 unlimited. They do know how to make bank in Vegas !
Also, just a suggestion for your karaoke reviews:
- Could you include audience response ? For example, the Red Onion Pub Seattle gets a 10 in my book. They cheer and applaud for everyone ! There are some bars that the singers are too busy browsing the karaoke book for their next song and don't applaud at all. I love karaoke bars where the audience is really responds to the singers. Nothing worse when you sing for a crowd of people and 2 people applaud...
Thanks again !
